Mengingat banyaknya kasus yang tertunda dan pandemi Covid-19 yang membebani Pengadilan, para pihak yang bersengketa dan bersengketa terpaksa menjalani masa tunggu yang melelahkan secara mental dan finansial untuk penyelesaian sengketa mereka. PMB-GKI, melalui layanannya, berupaya membantu meringankan situasi ini dengan menyediakan akses ke metode Penyelesaian Sengketa Alternatif bagi mereka yang menghadapi sengketa dan konflik.
